This person will serve as web content super-user providing web design publishing for their geographic territory. A working knowledge and hands on experience in publishing content on large enterprise content management platforms like Adobe s Day and Oracle s ATG. Working knowledge of HTML and other web technologies. Hands on experience knowledge of web analytical tools, Google Analytics preferred. This role will be the support contact for the local chapters and will be the day-to-day contact for support ensuring SEO standards, web design best practices and advanced CMS and ecommerce publishing assistance. Major Duties and Responsibilities * Assist with the divisional execution of Digital engagement initiatives at a regional and chapter level supporting content, fundraising, online course scheduling. * Support the chapters in the delivery of content, mobile optimization, website maintenance and optimization, website analytics and evaluation, website testing, content compliance and implementation. * Coordinates and supports local and regional text programs. Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent related work experience required. A minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Knowledge and experience with content management taxonomies and authoring. Working experience in content publishing. Ability to work effectively and persuasively with stakeholders across the organization. Strong teamwork and collaboration required. Excellent communications skills in English language required. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Demonstrates strong commitment and passion for the mission of the American Red Cross; familiarity and experience with the American Red Cross corporate culture and structure is desirable.
