POSITION DESCRIPTION
The AT&T Industry and Mobility Applications Solutions group (IMAS) is looking to hire a qualified candidate responsible for selling a suite of mobile-healthcare products and offerings - where mobile technologies and applications can be leveraged in B2B2C sales targeted at health insurance payers, pharmaceuticals, pharmacies and DMO's
The mHealth Industry Solutions Practice Manager (ISPM) is responsible for strategic sales within disease management leveraging product, industry, and/or technology expertise. The mHealth ISPM is the organization's line of business subject matter expert for health insurance payers and disease management organizations. The ISPM leverages deep industry knowledge of chronic disease management, policies, procedures and line-of-business processes to close business. The qualified candidate would work closely with direct sellers to initiate C-Level discussions while using solution selling tactics and healthcare experience to advance our mobile health offerings
Skills / Requirements
- Deep Healthcare industry knowledge and experience specifically in Disease Management.
- Strong relationships and familiarity with insurance payers and/or benefits managers.
- Understanding of 'Disease Management Organizations' and proven success within the market
- Comfortable engaging and interacting with large health insurance payers, DMO's, hospitals, physicians and the C suite
- Sales and leadership skills with strong customer interaction experience with a consultative approach
- Communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Professional and positive approach
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong presentation skills
- Self motivated
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative
- Proven ability to create, communicate and drive strategy and direction
- Bachelors degree in management or similar area
- 13 years of experience working in the disease management, payer market
- Experience with demonstrated success in applications and solutions sales to Healthcare accounts disease management organizations and payers.
- Experience in developing and delivering Executive Presentations
- Experience as an industry consultant or senior business advisor to healthcare customers
- The proper candidate MUST have experience talking to healthcare payer C-level officials
