Project Consultant Client Relationship Management System Implementation

Looking for project consultant to join the Professional Services group at ADERANT. This person will be responsible for the successful implementation of the company s CRM4Legal Client Relationship Management software application. The position requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and process management skills. Candidate should have desire to develop creative and innovative solutions in response to client specific needs and requirements.

Skills/Requirements

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of contact and relationship management systems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well across all levels of management and especially with MIS and marketing staff. Under the supervision of a senior Project Consultant, this person will be involved in all phases of the software implementation life cycle, including initial discovery, design and customization, data migration, integration, training and implementation ( go live ). This person must have a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical/problem solving skills. Experience in legal industry and/or client relationship management systems is desirable. This position will require up to 50% travel.

Activities include, but are not limited to:

* Documentation of client functional requirements
* Preparation of customizations to CRM4Legal system configuration, including setting up scripts and workflows.
* Execution of data migration processes, including preparation of SQL Server queries, creation of SQL Server views, monitoring/reviewing processing results, conducting initial tests on migrated data
* Presentation of training topics to client staff personnel

Technical Skills:

* Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and/or CRM2011 knowledge including:
* Creating and implementing design customizations/solutions
* Performing data migrations from legacy applications
* Configuring system, including defining security roles, setting up duplicate detection rules, managing user accounts
* Understanding of Outlook CRM Client synchronization processes

* 3+ years experience in professional services environment
* Demonstrated track record of successful implementations
