Description

Search Consultant

The Search Consultant is responsible for 6-10 physician search assignments. This requires extensive phone time with physicians (the candidates) consisting of approximately 60-80 phone calls a day and / or 3 ½ hours of phone time.

The Search Consultant is expected to arrange 6-8 candidate interviews per month and complete 1.5 placements per month.

Will also be interfacing and negotiating with clients (C-level decision makers) in person as well as over the phone.

Requirements include:

** Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably working with C-level clientele in an intangible, consultative sales environment.

** Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build client relationships with physicians, medical administrators, CEOs, and other highly placed HR professionals.

** Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

** Proven, documented success as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, metrics driven sales environment.

** Superb time management skills.

** Ability to adapt and learn new information quickly. Our training program is the best in the business. We will teach you to be a consultant in this prestigious field.

** Ability to travel approximately 20%. Typically this involves approximately 1 (overnight or day) trip per week.

** Ability to be work 2 late nights per week (till 7PM).

This position offers a base and benefits plus uncapped commission plan.
