ARINC in Warner Robins, GA is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Analyst for our Reliability, Engineering and Technical Support Section.
This position will:
- Provide technical support for fielding and sustaining Link 16 Tactical Data Links (TDL), Situation Awareness Data Links (SADL) and Family of Gateways (FoG) systems
- Provide support services for Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN), Common Link Integration Processing (CLIP), Joint Air Defense System Integrator (JADSI), Joint Range Extension (JRE), JRE Transparent Multi-Platform Gateway (TMPG) Equipment Package (JTEP), Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Support System (JSS), Pocket J, Link 16 Alaska (LAK), Roll-On Beyond Line-of-Sight Enhancement (ROBE), Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL), Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) Remote Rekey, and other systems identified by WR-ALC management
- Provide logistics support to include supportability, reliability, maintenance procedures, operator procedures, training, system integration, software configuration reviews, software configuration testing, technical order verification, and program management assistance
- Provide configuration control and information assurance review of system software based on Air Force and DoD requirements
- Provide input for and assist in evaluating program events for cost, schedule, and performance impacts
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, dependencies, and task descriptions for functional organizations to implement the plan
- Perform programmatic analyzes, assist in the development of pertinent program documents, conduct and schedule program management reviews, schedule teleconferences and critical milestone meetings, schedule configuration review boards, prepare contractual documentation, coordinate with contracting authorities, and provide administration and other program management support for the tasks identified in this PWS Qualifications Required Experience:
- Ten (10) years logistics experience related to Common Avionics as listed above in Job Description
- Require working full-time on WRAFB with heavy interface with our government customer, associated staff and other contractors
- May also be required to conduct field maintenance, testing, and audits per customer request

Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in a technical or logistics field
