Responsibilities:

The position of Program Manager is responsible for program management of key regional customer opportunities, new business, and RFX s and related contract compliance, pricing, and margin, to achieve program success and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

Responsibilities:

This individual will represent the Professional Services Division (TEPS) in customer meetings regarding operational issues.

*
The Program Manager will provide direction/guidance to all individuals in TEPS relative to customer-specific requirements/programs and program related project-quoting activities.

*
Located at TE premises, this individual will be the primary contact for program interface with Corporate, Business Development, Regional project teams, and the Customer.

*
Will continually review service delivery output and work closely with project teams (project management, engineering, installation, materials and sales individuals) to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications:

* Highly organized, detail oriented, and analytical.
* Intermediate to advanced level skills in all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
* Previous experience developing and growing a team.
* Lead efforts in defining customer expectations.
* Business and Operations Plan development.
* Knowledge of Mobility databases (including but not limited to CSS, CASPR, Audit Master, Siterra and Granite).
* Ability to establish good working relationships and direct other department personnel.
* Excellent written and verbal communications/presentation skills.
