Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to providing ancillary typing; file maintenance, scanning and organization; upkeep of office library and forms room; communication with clients; back up the receptionist; and assist with grant reporting, community education materials and bulk mailings.

 

Qualifications:

The successful applicant must be at least a high school graduate; type 50 WPM;

and pass grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, and proofreading tests. Must be familiar

with basic office duties and be knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office. Must be licensed to drive and have reliable transportation. Applicants with prior legal secretarial experience preferred.
