Job Scope:

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify, and select qualified candidates, perform full life cycle recruiting for Information Technology and experienced professionals
  2. Leveraging experience with online sourcing techniques and up to date on all recruiting technology
  3. Search for and recruits qualified candidates to fill company openings utilizing resume databases, employee referrals, college recruiting, career fairs and social networking; ensures positions are filled in a timely manner.
  4. Review applications/resumes; inputs background checks, processes associates through hiring process, extends offers and schedules orientation. Assists and conducts new hire orientations.
  5. Partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s of Business.
  • Excellent experience in accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Eager to build and apply.
  • Hard worker and flexible
