Sr. Staff Digital Verification Engineer

Synaptics Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Staff Digital Verification Engineer for its Peachtree Corners, Georgia office. Job Duties: Serve as a technical leader in Display design team which is responsible for developing next generation video interface products. Partner closely with design and firmware teams to drive

best-in-class hardware software codesign. Develop verification environment and components using SystemVerilog/UVM. Lead IP and System-on-Chip (SoC) verification execution and mentor junior team members. Develop test scenarios as per test and coverage plans to verify design functionality. Perform Gate Level and Low Power verification. Telecommuting is permitted. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field; and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following: • USB 3.0 interface design and verification;

• Universal Verification Methodology (UVM);

• Gate-level and low-power verification techniques;

• PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express);

• Video interface protocols;
