Technical Program Lead- Disaster Recovery (Alpharetta, GA and unanticipated client locations). Offered Salary: $131,498 per year. Develop, execute, and continuously evolve the enterprise-wide DR strategy aligned with Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and cybersecurity goals. Liaise with cross functional teams & guide work of technical staff providing solution support/enhancements using Teradata, SDWAN, Rubrik, Azure Cloud, JIRA, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, Active Directory. Create and maintain project and program artifacts such as Functional Specification Document, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Project Charter, Project Plan, Release Plan, Sprint Plan, Resource Plan, Communication Plan, Cost Plan, DR Plan, Implementation Plan, Process flows, business and system use cases. Manage DR-related incidents and lead post-incident reviews to strengthen response and recovery practices. Respond to internal and external audit inquiries Facilitate project reviews & other Scrum-related activities using Agile methodologies.
