VP; Infrastructure Engineer sought by Bank of America N.A. to support the standup, configuration, & implementation of ServiceNow's Discovery, Configuration Mgmnt Database (CMDB) & solutions to interface with other IT Service Mgmnt (ITSM) modules. Review the integration of information into the CMDB from ServiceNow Discovery, ensuring accuracy & consistency. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 5 yrs exp. in: Utilizing knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery & CMDB & understanding Discovery module of both ServiceNow & BMC Helix Discovery (ADDM); Utilizing Unix & Windows scripting (Python, shell, PowerShell, JavaScript), Pattern Designer to collect & parse system data, build custom probes, & extend discovery patterns.
