Job Description
-Duties include contract compliance monitoring, parts consumption analysis, repair database entry, retrofit database entry, daily interaction with Orlando and depot teams, and various other logistical and data entry tasks.

-Qualified candidate will work across multiple contract types to include Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, and Test and Evaluation contracts.

-The employee will be tasked with generating many different reports both on a routine and repeatable basis and also on an ad-hoc basis.

-The candidate will augment the team with maintaining the maintenance data base system, supply data base system, and numerous access data bases to include tracking repairs at vendors and modifying programs for updated requirements and matrix generation.

-The Individual will schedule repairs, track progress of the repairs with in the performance period, and oversee the material requirements for the repairs. Coordination with outside repair centers to ensure that schedules are met. Individual will collect data for determining scope of repairs for test and evaluation results that will be priced. Assist in determining manpower requirements with regards to current and future workload predictions. Monitor, project and order chemicals for repairs. Individual will assist in gathering the required documentation for returning international repairs to the customer.

-The employee may be required to prepare DD250’s utilizing the Electronic Shipping System, ensure accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution
and retention of all reports and records.

-The employee must be able to respond to direction quickly and efficiently and work well with other team members, handle multiple tasks and provide logistical support for a multitude of different contracts.

-The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin Fixed Wing technical teams and the Orlando based repair operations team to fulfill contractual obligations.

-The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed. Candidate must be able to work in an environment which requires them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature.

Basic Qualifications
• Candidates MUST be a US Citizen and are required to obtain (or currently possess) an Interim Department of Defense Secret Clearance PRIOR to starting.

• Must have hands-on experience supporting logistics and / or supply chain activities.

• Must be familiar with depot repair operations.

Desired skills
• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office and varied database knowledge. FoxPro knowledge a plus.

• Solid written and oral Communication Skills.

• Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
