Job Description

LogistiCare is recruiting a Client Services Support Specialist to work within the LogistiCare Corporate Office in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Client Services Support Specialist acts as the administrator and liaison for the Corporate Client Services team. This role supports the Account Managers and Director by ensuring that deliverables for client contracts are approved and implemented while managing the clerical tasks associated with contract implementation and maintenance. Support Specialists are also charged with becoming familiar with contract terms and approval processes to help the team facilitate implementations and renewals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Acts as a liaison between the account managers, clients, and all other internal parties that are involved with implementing contracts
- Responsible for taking and publishing minutes from conference calls as assigned
- Partners with account managers to facilitate the client onboarding process
- Answers incoming calls and emails from clients and assists them with questions that pertain to contract terms, billing inquiries, internal contacts, and troubleshooting
- Retrieves information from operations centers to produce reports and metrics required by client contracts
- Tracks contract activity between LGTC Legal and Client
- Reviews contracts to develop a fundamental knowledge of the scope of services and provide individualized attention to clients' needs
- Pursues timely payment from clients for services rendered in conjunction with the account managers
- Serves as the internal point of contact and lead for coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel
- Updates Saleforce to maintain current Client Contacts and applicable activities in support of Account Managers
- Maintains the appropriate level of confidentiality
- Supports projects as needed
- Covers administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

3+ years of experience in administrative/executive secretarial positions.
Must be able to multi task, prioritize and organize
Must be able to think creatively and critically in order to provide solutions when situations change
Timeliness and accuracy are essential
Work experience in health care or related field preferred.
Prior Health Plan/Managed Care and/or Provider Relations experience preferred.
Contract analysis experience preferred.
Professional experience in administrative and/or client services roles required.
Prior experience supporting multiple managers is required.
Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Able to handle highest level of confidential information.
Detail oriented.

* Personality skills -- Superior communication, time management, flexibility and problem solving skills. Team player and pleasant phone personality is mandatory.

* Competencies -- Type 30 correct words per minute, multi-task, work independently or with a team, able to follow directions and work evenings/weekends if needed.

* Computer Skills - Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, Excel Pivot tables, Charts and Formulas, Power Point presentations, Salesforce, ADOBE, Visio and Outlook as well as the operation of general office equipment; must be internet savvy; experience with Access or other database tools a plus. Salesforce experience is a plus
