Community Response Behavioral Health Clinician

JOBSUMMARY: The Community Response Behavioral Health Clinician will work incollaboration with Cobb County Fire and EMS and Cobb County Police Departmenton the Community Response Team with a focus on reduction of non- emergency 911calls. The clinician will respond in thecommunity as member of the team with primary function of assessment ofpotential mental health and/or substance use disorders. The clinician will assist with linkage toappropriate services for ongoing treatment. Additionally, where deemed necessary the clinician will execute the1013/2013 for transport to an emergency receiving facility for assessment forinpatient admission.

Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND eligibility to be licensed AND Two years of supervised experience in the area of assignment.
